In relation to the Determination Seniority List PSTs Regularized Vide Notification Dated 07-04-2018, the District Education Officer (Male) Bannu issued a notification on November 14, 2023. The information is as follows:-
Seniority List PSTs Regularized for DEO Male Bannu Determination via Notification Dated 07-04-2028:-
A notification is issued by DEO (Male) Bannu regarding the KPK Service Tribunal. The regularization guidelines for PSTs are decided by the tribunal. PSTs with Endst: No. 2344-3253/AE-I who were regularized by prior notification. On April 7, 2018, this notification was sent out. With this notification, the District Education Authority made them regular.
It is decided in the new announcement that clause -08 of the terms and conditions of regularization would be the basis for determining their regularization. in addition to KPK Employees of the E&SE Department Act, 2017’s Sub-Section-02 of Section -04. All guidelines and procedures pertaining to employee appointments and regularization are contained in this Act.

The appeal claims that the appellant employee’s seniority number is incorrect. In order to fix the seniority position, the appellant asked the DEA to make the necessary modifications and add their name to the seniority list.
Calculating the Seniority of Current Employees
The seniority of the incumbents will be determined by their continuous service in the cadre, as per the Service Acts of 2017 and 2022. As long as the date of continuous service is the same for two or more employees, this will decide the incumbents’ seniority. The senior employee will be ranked above the junior employee in age.
