Government of Pakistan, Finance Department issued a announcement on20-08-2024 in connection with Contributory Pension Fund Scheme 2024 Federal for New Entrants Govt workers. The New Pension Scheme 2024 is a freshman to the Federal Government. This announcement is not always for Federal Government workers who’re formerly running before01-07-2024. This new CPFS 2024 is also for the Army workers still it will take effect from 1st July 2025 for them. The scheme shall apply to the Armed Forces however are appointed regularly on or after01-07-2025.

• Donation@ 10 of the Basic Pay by the workers.
• donation@ 20 of the Basic Pay of the workers by the Federal Government.
• This rate of donation is purely provisional and subject to change.
• This O.M. may be espoused in true letter and spirit.

The Federal Government has launched this scheme to avoid the heavy weight of pensions on the Government. The kpk Government has formerly executed this CP Fund Scheme for the new entrants. The Punjab Government also has formerly issued a advertisement in this regard.
