Modifications to the Contributory Provident Fund (CP Fund) Scheme KP for 2002:-
On October 25, 2023, the finance department of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government released a notification on the launch of the Contributory Provident Fund 2022 program. The notification that was distributed on this topic was identified as V0L-1/AP&MC/CP fund 2023–2023. It was founded by the finance secretary using the authority granted by section 37 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Finance Management Act of 2022.
The Contributory Provident Fund 2022 plan is made available to the employees listed in the CP fund rules 2022 by the Secretary of Finance. Act No. X of 2022 thus adopted the required adjustments to the KPK Civil Servant Act 1973. The Finance Department then duly sent out a notification number regarding the Contributory Provident Fund rules for 2022.

The KPK government may use this system as its model. The transfer of funds is unduly delayed as a result.
