Directorate of Public Instruction Punjab issued a notification regarding submission of CR dossier for the post of officers / teachers on Saturday 20-06-2024 and Saturday (22-23 June 2024).The details are as follows:
Receiving of CR Dossiers for Promotion of the Officers / Teachers:-
The letter is that Directorate Memo No. 1878 / PC-III dated 20-05-2024,2341/PC-II dated 13-06-2024 continuation of this. Similarly, a meeting was held on 15-06-2024 where the department requested you to prepare matters for promotion. Promotions are bS-16 to BS-17, BS-17 to BS-18, BS-18 to BS-19, and BS-19 to BS-20 (Male & Female) and must be submitted to this Board of Directors in advance and 22.06 has reached .2024 . . . . . . . . . . . . .
This is to inform you that this Directorate will remain open w.e.f. 22-06-2024 to 23-06-2024 (Saturday to Sunday) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and the District Education Officer (SE) himself to submit the progress statement of the request.

Submission for Info/Necessary Action:-
- PS to Special Secretary, Govt of the Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore.
- A. to all the Divisional Directors (SE), in the Punjab.
- Assistant Director (PC-I) of this Department.
- Assistant Director (PC-II) of this Department.
You know secondary school teachers (SSTs) and police officers in Punjab will be promoted soon. The posts of employees from BPS-16 to BPS-19 will be promoted to their next pay scale. In this regard, the Punjab government has already issued a notification regarding the promotion of officers/ teachers to the next scale in Punjab.
