Petiton Against The Amendment in Leave Rule 1981 (Leave Encashment):-

There Are The Latest Updates on leave encashment in punjab as a petition against the amendment in leaves Rules 1981 has been launched and a hearing held too.Muhammad hanif son of imam Ali Residence of Hakim Gali Near Masjid Khkan Bahadur Wali Post Office District Sheikhu Pura Register Under Article 199 of the consitiution of the islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973. He made this petiton against the province of punjab through the Chief Secretary of Punjab, The Finance Secretary Province of Punjab, and the adinitional Finance Seretary of punjab.

DETAILS OFF THE PETITION AGAINST THE AMENDMENT IN LEAVES RULES 1981 – LEAVES ENCHASMENT:-

The Petitioner was an employee of the Municipal Committee Sharqpur District Sheikhu pura. He Was serving as the octree clerk Municipal Committee District Sheikhu Pura. The Employees was serving the department his service in best way.

He retired from the service-wide order number MC-SQP 23/53 dated on 15th February 2023. The cheif officer municipal comittee sharqpur shrif district sheikhupura issues his order letter of retirement. The prtitioner recives the order with the benefits of pension as admissiable under the rules.

He was also elected as vice president during his service in minicipal committee of sharqpur shrif .A copy of the retirement letter is also attached to thier petition application.

Illegal and un-Lawful Amendments leave encashment:-

Respondent No 3 The secretary of finance issues notification number F.DSR.II97 2019 dated ist june 2023.H issues notification on the order of the governer of punjab. As governor of punjab makes amendments to the revisied leaves rule 1981.
